JAWing On – Life on Okinawa

So many gripes, so little time. That seems to be life surrounding the service industry. While doing research I have been able to find an oulet for those who are sick and tired of customer arrogance. However, I haven’t been able to pin down a single site strictly dedicated to customer service complaints. There are many individual rant, consultant, and a rate customer service sites. And then there are some plain old common sense, middle of the road approaches to the topic.

To be able to joke about one’s own imperfections is a blessing. But, unless a person WANTS cheap publicity, making in fun of another person’s imperfections is a weakness.
