So many gripes, so little time. That seems to be life surrounding the service industry. While doing research I have been able to find an oulet for those who are sick and tired of customer arrogance. However, I haven’t been able to pin down a single site strictly dedicated to customer service complaints. There are many individual rant, consultant, and a rate customer service sites. And then there are some plain old common sense, middle of the road approaches to the topic.

I have been able to locate a site that provides an accurate look at some of the little frustrations that customers face.
