I Luv the Net

As I’ve said several times, I love the internet and computers. One of the main reasons is because it has made staying connected with family and friends so much less complicated. This is one of the amazing North American hummingbird pics (posted with permission) I received because of the ease of this means of communication. What’s not to love?

Handcrafted Coasters

These local handcrafted ceramic coasters were a gift. There are several local artisan workshops and gift shops on island where this traditional style of handicraft can be found.

Shisa Pair

This particular design of the lion dog or shisa pair is quite common on island. Whether being sold as souvenirs at gift shops or talismans to protect one’s residence at DIY stores, the piar can be found almost everywhere.
