Back in June, one of our dogs, Jaco, was featured in a parody video (Bohemian Doggie). Here’s a music video featuring the other dog, Kato, and scenes of Okinawa set to the original tune featured as this site’s theme song.

Well, it’s been about two months since the opening of the long awaited for MusicTown project. A big hit in the complex seems to be the Wendy’s Hamburgers chain outlet. Many people really don’t know what the facility is about and for those of you who are interested, here’s a link to one of the Japanese language pages. Simply place the address in one of the on-line translators and that will provide a rough outlook at the entertainment production classes being conducted at the facility. Translated pages of further information can be attained by simply right clicking links on the tranlated page.

ION (in other news)…the second half of the outerlying Typhoon Wipha stream, which broke apart near Palau, has turned into another tropical storm system (14W). It doesn’t seem to be forecast to hit this area, but is supposed to track somewhere between the Philippines and Taiwan for now. Oh, typhoon season……

***Looking for something to do on those rainy days? Be sure to check out the new Google Earth with Sky. Having been so busy with learning about video creation for the past year, I really hadn’t had much of a chance to keep up with all the changes that had been implemented. I downloaded the new version of Earth yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with all the updates. The clarity of the structure and the area surrounding the 3d version of the Eiffel Tower amazed me as I took a virtual tour around the globe. And with a simple click, I was roaming the galaxy and peering into supernovas. If you get a chance, give this virtual tour software a try. It is well worth the time.
