For the longest time I thought having a green thumb just wasn’t one of the items that were being passed around when it came to my percentages …that’s before we found these little guys had decided our garden was extremely tasty.

Halloween is over and as the holiday season approaches, mid-autumn sets in and the island sky begins to take on that all too familiar almost-bland glare with light brush-stroke clouds of pale colors.

Although it’s definately showing signs of autumn weather on island, rain clouds galour, I hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween anyway.

A video of my first capture of the annual hawks in small size for the post.

Thse are some blooms on a bush that hangs from a wall in the neighborhood. This particular type of bush can be found throughout the island in various colors.

Whatever hubby did, the mini-bell pepper plant is sprouting new produce. Since niether of us have ever grown bell peppers, before we really didn’t know what to expect. And not knowing the optimum harvesting season, these are pleasant surprises.
