how do you spell “Okinawa” in hogen?

As far as I have been informed to date, hogen is a spoken language without a written form of its own. If I remember my lessons correctly, I believe that even the written form of the Japanese language did not occur until somewhere around 525AD. As for the word Okinawa, that is a Japanese word, not of the idigenous island language of Hogen. Being a native Japanese word, it would follow the same linguistic rules as other native Japanese words and not be written in katakana, which is reserved for foreign-based words, but in Kanji or hiragana.
