It’s 5 April, 8:30 a.m., and my dogs are frantic….

…seems like 5 April work crew deja vu. No water works this time, but another wire check. It comes early compared to last year. I still wonder if all the area wires are so well-inspected. Maybe thery’re expecting a rough typhoon season since the old wife’s tale about deigo tree blossoms didn’t pan out last year.
